around the world to about 25
countries. |

After retirement
from abroad, he joined educational institutions in
India to understand the educational scene in India. |

He was Professor (Industry-
Institute Interaction) at VIT Vellore and Professor (External Interaction) at
Karunya University, |

Coimbatore. He interacted
extensively with recruiters
in India and came to know what is lacking in present
day students. He

organized coaching lessons/ classes at Karunya to
prepare the students for campus recruitment.
He also conducted "train-the- |

trainer" classes for other
teaching faculty to handle the large volume
of students. He himself was
trained at Infosys campus

Mysore for "Soft
Skills". |
